KDSimpleSizingControl and KDSemiSizingControl

Makes it possible to hide or show widgets using an arrow button. The KDSemiSizingControl lets the programmer provide a replacement widget to be shown in the hidden state, while the KDESimpleSizingControl only hides the affected widget.

Example code is available as a part of the evaluation kit available from ICS.
